Background
The first phase of SERECU was funded within the PACE Programme and implemented between January 2006 and February 2007.
Between March 2007 and April 2008, technical coordination and harmonisation including preparation of the second phase and essential surveillance activities were sustained by AU-IBAR with support from FAO-GREP through Letters of Agreement (LOA).
