Regional Technical Meetings

Approach

  • Veterinary and other HPAI experts in the region will make presentations on selected themes and facilitate discussions using both plenary and group discussions on selected topics

  • Countries which face outbreaks share their experience

  • Documentaries on topical issues such as simulation exercises and diagnosis may be used to initiate discussion and highlight the necessities required for a response

  • Field trips and visit to production or diagnostic facilities where available in the host countries
