Ms. Oduor holds a MCom, BCom, ACCA Part 2 and a diploma in French. She has more than 10 years working experience in financial management and her responsibilities at AU-IBAR include the overall management of project financial matters, assuring coherence in project financial management in terms of budgeting, reporting and procedures, establishing financial recording and reporting system for project financial activities, and establishing appropriate internal control system. Prior to joining AU-IBAR, Catherine worked at the United Nations Environmental Programme and at the World Agro Forestry Centre.
