I suggest and recommend that AU-IBAR provides scholarships to the African Community for those who are not able to pay their University in order to get enough education and participate in the development of the country.

To provide and participate Workshops, Meetings etc. in order to become experienced, to provide Peace building, conflict resolution, project management and sustainable development of the country.
