CAADP Partnership Platform

The 22nd Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme Partnership Platform is convened by the African Union Commission and AUDA-NEPAD, in collaboration with Member States, Regional Economic Communities, technical institutions and development partners. Anchored in the CAADP Kampala Declaration and the CAADP Strategy and Action Plan 2026-2035, it opens the post-Malabo implementation decade by moving the continental agenda from strategic direction to practical delivery. The Platform serves as a working meeting and solutions marketplace, connecting Member States' and Regional Economic Communities' implementation priorities with domestic financing pathways, technical assistance, knowledge products, innovation, and investment opportunities.

Four days move from high-level political direction, through country readiness clinics and regional delivery huddles, to implementation delivery labs organised around the six Strategic Objectives, and on to investment, accountability and follow-up. The Kampala Policy Learning Event, thematic technical discussions and a closed development partner business meeting will run alongside. Harare will leave a limited portfolio of country and regional implementation compacts, domestic financing pathways, and matched solutions, each with a named owner, a policy or budget route, and a six-month milestone tracked through the Biennial Review, Joint Sector Reviews, and existing accountability systems.
