The APMD Implementation Stakeholders' Coordination Workshop seeks to achieve the following specific
objectives:

• Review the detailed Action Plan for 2025 and 2026, outlining priority activities and deliverables.
• Building consensus on the preliminary structure and membership of the Pillar Technical Working
Groups
• Define the specific roles and responsibilities of each implementing entity/person to ensure
accountability, integration and avoid duplication.
• Develop a clear implementation timeline, setting realistic milestones and monitoring mechanisms.
