Overview

Pwani University’s School of Pure and Applied Sciences is located in Kilifi, Kenya, close to the Indian Ocean, giving it a strong setting for training and research in marine and coastal sciences. The School supports programmes and research related to fisheries, marine sciences, oceanography, and the Blue Economy, including fisheries management, aquaculture, marine ecology, fish stock assessment, and biodiversity conservation.
