Call for Abstracts: 2nd VETEd Africa Congress

The future of veterinary education is being shaped by innovation, digital transformation and Artificial Intelligence.

The 2nd VETEd Africa Congress, taking place from 19–21 November 2026 at IAV Hassan II, Rabat, Morocco, will bring together academics, researchers, professionals, students and partners to explore how Artificial Intelligence can strengthen veterinary education and transform animal health systems.

Under the theme “Artificial Intelligence in Veterinary Education: Application and Impact,” the congress will provide a platform for sharing knowledge, research and practical solutions on veterinary education, One Health, antimicrobial resistance, transboundary diseases and emerging technologies.

Abstract submission is now open. Researchers, educators, students and practitioners are invited to contribute ideas, evidence and innovations that can help shape the future of veterinary education in Africa and beyond.
