 Invitation for Bids

The African Union Inter-African Bureau for Animal Resources has received funds from the European Union for the procurement of the below mentioned goods and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of IT Equipment and Software Equipment :

4. Lot 4 – Wi-Fi        8
5. Lot 5 – Backup        13
6. Lot 6 - Memory        8

Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate Capacity and experience of supplying, delivering, installing, testing and commissioning similar Items.

All bids must be accompanied by:

1. Signed bid form
2. Copies of valid business licenses and /certificate of incorporation showing legal status, date of registration and principal place of business. (For JV, each member must submit
3. Tax Registration Certificate
4. Evidence of having performed similar type of tenders (Purchase orders or contracts should be attached)
5. Manufacturer Authorization or dealership certificate, where applicable.
6. Submitted Price Schedule for both Local and International Goods.
7. Signed AU Declaration form ( attached form)
8. Memorandum of Understanding (JV Agreement) where bidders participate as a joint venture.

Bidders must quote  100% of the items in the LOT they are bidding on.

Submission of bids: Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the TITLE and PROCUREMENT number. Both technical and financial Offers shall be in the same envelope. Bidders shall submit ONE (1) original and TWO (2) copies of the technical and financial Offer. Both technical and financial Offers shall be in the same envelope. Bids shall be submitted to the under listed address.

Deadline for bid submission: Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11th September 2025, 15:00 Hours. Bids should be submitted to the under listed address

Bid Opening: Bids will be opened on 11th September 2025, 15:30 Hours, local time in the presence of bidders or bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
