In a bid to regionally harmonize the differing and sometimes conflicting animal health regulations in countries in the Greater Horn of Africa, namely, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Kenya, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda, the Standard Methods and Procedures in Animal Health (SMPAH)
