SEVETEENTH (17m) MINISTERIAL COORDINATION MEETING

The 171" Farming in Tsetse Controlled Areas (FITCA) Ministerial Coordination Meetingwas held at Hotel Triangle Annexe in Jinja, Uganda between the 23rd-251" of March,2003. It was attended by over 100 participants who included Government Ministersor their representatives, the Director of AU/IBAR, FITCA Regional Coordination Officestaff, FITCA project staff from Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia and Tanzania,Representatives of the European Union (EU), and farmers. The list of participants isattached as Annex 1. The meeting was facilitated by Dr. Dan Kisauzi of NkoolaInstitutional Development Associates Ltd.
